How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
- What race meetings and events are you attending?
Check out our meetings page to see which meeting we are attending. We tend to follow major banger meetings and most Brisca F1 meetings at certain tracks which allow us to attend. These include Bradford, Sheffield, Kings Lynn & Skegness Raceway.
- How do your night lights/lamps work?
They have 7 colours included are changed between using buttons and switches. Click here to check out our reel on Instagram for a short explanation video.
- When will I receive my order? (UK)
We aim to dispatch all of our orders with 1-2 days. Combined with the shipping time, you can expect your order to arrive from 3 to 5 working days.
- What are the shipping options? (UK)
We ship our products with Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Postage and DHL 24Hr Tracked Delivery for large parcels. Which usually takes 2-4 days. If you require faster delivery please contact us and we will try our best to help!
- What do I do if I never received my order?
Please get in touch with us if you have waited over 2 weeks for your order and we will see what has happened.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible and within 2 days before we dispatch your order and we will be happy to amend your order.
- Where are you located?
We are based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. (On the way to Skegness Raceway for most people).
